Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tapt account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
