What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
Do Tapt electronics come with a warranty?
Yes, all Tapt devices include a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. You also have the option to purchase extended protection plans at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the product has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. A small restocking fee may apply to opened electronics that are not defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Affirm and Klarna.
How can I track my order status?

Are Tapt products compatible with international power standards?
Our devices are designed for universal compatibility (110V-240V). However, depending on your region, you may need a physical plug adapter to fit your local wall outlets.
